1 or 2 Bedroom Villas

Each 1 bedroom Villa adjoins to a 2 bedroom Villa and can be used as a 3 bedroom or kept seperately as 1 and 2 bedrooms. 1 bedrooms have 2 queen beds, a large living area and a bathroom. Rate is: $149.00 per person/per night/adults & $90.00 for children ages 3-12 for an all inclusive package. Each unit has a small refrigerator and a microwave. 2 bedroom Villas have 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, a large living area with

fireplace and a bathroom. 

1 bedroom Golf Suites

1 Bedroom suites are Texas Style decor with a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Full kitchen and bathroom with seperate tub and shower. Rate is: $149.00 per person/per night/adults & $90.00 for children ages 3-12 for an all inclusive package. 

 Ranch Suites

Ranch and Water Park Suites. One of our largest suites on the ranch.  All Water Park Suites have a king size bed and a few of them have bunkbeds in addition to the king size bed.  From the balcony you can see the Water Park. Texas style deco in all rooms make them a fantastic place to stay. Just look at the Texas sized bathtub.

Bunk House 

The Bunk House is a beautiful building nestled alone near the front of the Flying L Guest Ranch. It can sleep up to 12 people comfortably and has a lovely sitting area for get togethers for large families or corporate groups.

Rooms 45-46

Rooms can be adjoined or used seperately. Large home on the Flying L Guest Ranch beautifully decorated to get that ranch experience and has a full kitchen. 

Villa 44

Our largest Villa available. This spacious 4 bedroom house can sleep 8 people comfortably with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms. There is also a spacious living room, dinning room with a cedar table enriched with arrowhead and a full kitchen. Great for a family or 4 single rooms for corporate outings.

 The Fort Apache Cabins~ The newest additon to the Flying L are our Fort Apache Cabins. Made from Cedar wood these 10 cabins stand alone near the waterpark. You can see by the great interior and decor they make a great place to stay. 8 cabins have a queen bed and set of bunk beds. 2 have queen beds only. Per person rate applies for all inclusive $149.00 per adult/per night-$90.00 per child/per night. $129.00 per night for room only.  (Holiday rates slightly higher)  

The Colonel's Quarters-We are proud to introduce the newest addition to the Flying L Guest Ranch, The Colonel's Quarters, named after Colonel Lampham, the "L" in Flying L. This Beautifully built and beautifully decorated 10 bedroom/10 bath accomodates up to 22 people with 11 queen size beds, a great room with a pool table and plenty of sitting space. It also has a large kitchen for gatherings and a large dining table for meetings. The patio is perfect for evening star gazing with a ping pong table perfect for challenging any age. The Colonel's Quarters is perfect for reunions or corporate groups as each bedroom is it's own room and can be used individually.
